What is this?

The Pokémon “TypeDex” or (POKÉ-TDX for short) is the quickest way to check move type effectiveness before heading into battle.



POKÉ-TDX makes preparing for tough trainers easier, as looking through typical type charts is a tedious process at best. With this tool, every type is only one click away, and it’s relationship with other types is clearly displayed.

Thanks to the community on Fandom’s Pokémon Wiki, from which the type descriptions are sourced, to Epidemic Johto, which documented the official color of each type, and to pokémondb.net which hosts an awesome archive of Pokémon sprites. The Sylveon sprite was created by Aletheiia90.  Additional thanks to YouTubers like SmallAnt and PaPaSea, it was their videos that inspired me to start playing again.

This website was built on Cargo, and designed with care by Will Callis. The typeface in use is Monument Grotesk, designed by Dinamo Typefaces.
